Refund policy
We are a small business!
Returns or exchanges are accepted.
Garments must be unworn and in as supplied condition, obviously you can try it on.
We do not cover return postage for returns or exchanges- we just can’t absorb that cost. Though if there is a fault obviously we will and endeavour to put right whatever the problem is.
We will cover the new postage out to the client on an exchange item.
All items, whether exchange or refund must be returned to us within 14 days.
