The Stelvio pass in Italy with its iconic switchbacks- 48 in total is one of the most visually iconic climbs out there. Often the highest point in the Giro earning it the Cima Coppi after it was first used in 1953 and Coppi used it to secure victory. Certainly one on my bucket list.
